Their contractor, Duva, was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the extent of the damage. I opted to replace the entire roof and I’m so glad I did. They even worked with me and my insurance and all I had to pay was my $500 deductible to completely replace my roof and repair all the damage caused: siding, gutters, roof. The crews attention to detail was incredible. They addressed every point of damage, ensuring a perfect installation. They even went the extra mile to check for any potential future issues. Getting quality work at an amazing price was a huge relief. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and clearly skilled in their craft. They worked efficiently and left my property clean and tidy. Duva and Antonio along with the rest of the team helped us through four major home upgrade projects for our 1940's home in the Washburne District of Springfield. We started by getting our roof replaced. The new roof made a huge difference and looked great. Then we had PPC remove our existing old and failing windows and install 14 new windows. They repaired the dry rot and damage they found too. Finally we had them tear off all our old vinyl siding and replace it with Hardie Plank siding. To finish up, they also painted our home. We were so pleased with the results. Duva and the PPC team worked hard to ensure our needs were met and that it was done right. I would recommend Picture Perfect Construction for your next home project.

I had extensive water damage from a burst pipe and the Picture Perfect Construction team did an amazing and thorough high-quality job with everything from plumbing to subfloor repair, drywall, and painting. They went out of their way to make sure everything matched up and all within a few days. I couldn't be happier with the wonderful work they did and will definitely call with any future home repairs!

Highly recommended for a range of projects. We found the Picture Perfect crew was very skilled at their work, but also (which is sadly sometimes rare) they were very good communicators, very personable and really a delight to have on the job site (we will miss them now that our job is done). They did a garage conversion for us which included framing, headers, rebuilding a floor, installing windows, insulation, drywall, exterior siding including some really nice looking cedar tongue and groove, etc. Excellent precision throughout down to the little details that matter. We are already planning future projects and looking forward to getting these guys back over here soon!
This roofing company was great. They completed a roof with much needed repair in two days. They were professional and left the property clean. They even made sure to pick up all nails with a magnetic sweeper. That kind of attention to detail is rare these days.
It's been about a year since we had Picture Perfect Construction do some remodeling for us, long enough to know that we still absolutely love the work that they did! Our project was done on time, on budget, and it all turned out beautifully. There were no surprises, they were very patient with our questions, and they often had suggestions that were better than our original ideas and made the completed project even better. We would highly recommend Duva, Antonio, and crew to anyone needing remodel work. For those who like detail, our project included: 1) Total remodeling of our outdated master and guest bathrooms, with: painting; installation of new flooring, including underfloor heating in the master bath; beautiful new tiling of bath/shower areas; and installation of new bath/shower fixtures, new toilets, vanities, and fans. We also took their suggestions to significantly improve the lighting in both rooms and to add a window to the master bath which adds so much light and airiness to the room.. 2) Removal of an old wood-burning fireplace and preparation for installation of a gas fireplace, with installation of a beautiful new mantlepiece. 3) Replacement of horrible bi-fold doors for two closets with really nice batwing doors and installation of lighting in both closets. 4) Addition of a railing down one staircase in the house and other miscellaneous items that were better done by Picture Perfect than as FYI projects. It's too bad we didn't take "before" pictures to show how dramatic the transformation has been, but some "after" shots are attached (master bath, two of the guest bath, and fireplace).
After months of struggling with another contractor to get my roof done, I contacted Duvalier with Picture Perfect Construction and he and his team were at my house the next morning with shingles. They completed the entire job in two days and it looks really great! The price was fair and there were no hidden charges. The whole crew is exceptionally friendly and professional. Had an unexpected water leak in kitchen. They responded same day after restoration company hired by insurance wanted three times more money. The work was great found easier ways to do things. I will defiantly call them again.
