After the winter storms earlier this year dropped a tree on my roof, I was so relieved to find Picture Perfect. From the very beginning, their friendly and approachable manner put me at ease during a stressful time. Their contractor, Duva, was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to thoroughly explain the extent of the damage. I opted to replace the entire roof and I’m so glad I did. They even worked with me and my insurance and all I had to pay was my $500 deductible to completely replace my roof and repair all the damage caused: siding, gutters, roof. The crews attention to detail was incredible. They addressed every point of damage, ensuring a perfect installation. They even went the extra mile to check for any potential future issues. Getting quality work at an amazing price was a huge relief. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and clearly skilled in their craft. They worked efficiently and left my property clean and tidy.
