Highly recommended for a range of projects. We found the Picture Perfect crew was very skilled at their work, but also (which is sadly sometimes rare) they were very good communicators, very personable and really a delight to have on the job site (we will miss them now that our job is done). They did a garage conversion for us which included framing, headers, rebuilding a floor, installing windows, insulation, drywall, exterior siding including some really nice looking cedar tongue and groove, etc. Excellent precision throughout down to the little details that matter. It's been about a year since we had Picture Perfect Construction do some remodeling for us, long enough to know that we still absolutely love the work that they did! Our project was done on time, on budget, and it all turned out beautifully. There were no surprises, they were very patient with our questions, and they often had suggestions that were better than our original ideas and made the completed project even better. We would highly recommend Duva, Antonio, and crew to anyone needing remodel work. For those who like detail, our project included: 1) Total remodeling of our outdated master and guest bathrooms, with: painting; installation of new flooring, including underfloor heating in the master bath; beautiful new tiling of bath/shower areas; and installation of new bath/shower fixtures, new toilets, vanities, and fans. We also took their suggestions to significantly improve the lighting in both rooms and to add a window to the master bath which adds so much light and airiness to the room.. 2) Removal of an old wood-burning fireplace and preparation for installation of a gas fireplace, with installation of a beautiful new mantlepiece. 3) Replacement of horrible bi-fold doors for two closets with really nice batwing doors and installation of lighting in both closets. 4) Addition of a railing down one staircase in the house and other miscellaneous items that were better done by Picture Perfect than as FYI projects. It's too bad we didn't take "before" pictures to show how dramatic the transformation has been, but some "after" shots are attached (master bath, two of the guest bath, and fireplace).
